Jean-Christophe is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Leon Capital.

Prior to founding Leon Capital, he was a Private Equity investor at Blackstone and Advent International, in London. He invested in companies across Europe in the technology, business services, and healthcare sectors. He started his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley.

Jean-Christophe holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a Master of Science in Management from HEC Paris.

Christos is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Leon Capital.

Prior to founding Leon Capital, he was a Private Equity investor at KKR and Elliott, in London. He invested in companies across Europe in the technology, business services, and healthcare sectors. He started his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley.

Christos holds an MBA (with distinction) from Harvard Business School and a First Class BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

Michael is a Partner and part of the co-founding team. He leads the Firm’s Energy Transition strategy and also serves as an Operating Partner.

He previously was a Partner at McKinsey & Company. He co-led the European Sustainable Investing service line and was the global lead for McKinsey’s Sustainability Alliances & Acquisitions. Prior to that he worked at Booz & Company in London and National Oil Shale Holdings in Houston.

Michael holds a PhD in Oil & Gas Engineering, and a MEng in Aerospace Engineering, both from the University of Cambridge.

Patrick is responsible for all financial functions at Leon Capital. Prior to joining Leon Capital Patrick worked in finance and operations roles in private equity, infrastructure and venture capital firms.

Outside core finance, Patrick’s experience encompasses investor relations & fundraising, fund structuring and regulatory work.  He has worked in large institutional firms and start-ups.

Thomas is an Analyst with Leon Capital.

Prior to joining Leon Capital, he completed internships at Argos Wityu, L Catterton, and BNP Paribas.

He completed a Masters in Management at ESSEC Business School & Universita Bocconi (double degree programme) and the classe préparatoire économique at Intégrale.
